  • I was nothing less than impressed with Doug when he came to the house. He respectfully wiped off his feet and was on time. When he reviewed the job and gave me a verbal quote, the job came in within $25 of that. I should have done this long ago; now we have immediate hot water where we would have to waste gallons of water before it ran hot. I am very happy that I called Doug (from a neighbor referral) and will definitely recommend him to anyone. He was polite, effective, and ethical; which are what I look for in a service person coming to my house. I'm giving New Creations a 5-Star.

They called me first to let me know that they would be out a bit earlier which was great for me. They were very polite and respectful not only of my feelings but of my home. I felt very comfortable with them and after completing the fix I am satisfied. I am going to use New Creation Plumbing for anything concerning water problems in my home.
